ensuring high-quality and timely legal review of draft contracts and documents attached to them, draft orders and other regulations of the Company, draft decisions of the Company’s bodies, draft internal regulatory documents of the Company in order to ensure their compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the interests of the Company;
ensuring the analysis of current and not enacted laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to ensure the protection of rights and the interests of the Company;
ensuring the conduct of claim and judicial-arbitration-related work of the Company and its SA, determination of the judicial (arbitration) position of the Company and its SA (as agreed), as well as representing the interests of the Company in the courts in order to protect rights and legitimate interests;
provision and control of the risk management system, internal control systems at the Company and its SA, including the development / updating of actions, control procedures, and the methodological base in the field of internal control systems, risk management and business continuity management;
preparation and submission of information on risks analyzed including a description, as well as information on the implementation of plans and programs aimed at minimizing them to the Board of Directors of the Company and its audit committee;
ensuring and monitoring the implementation of action plans for improvement of risk management system (RMS) and the internal control system (ICS) of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, analysis of the effectiveness of RMS and ICS, methodological support of the Company's SA with respect to performance of the RMS and ICS;
ensuring and monitoring the process of development and implementation of plans that ensure the continuity of business of the Company’s group, as well as monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of business continuity management;
preparation and provision of information on issues stipulated by internal regulatory documents in the area of ​​business continuity management system to the Board of Directors of the Company and its audit committee; management of sustainable development, risks and IRD in the field of sustainable development;
development, updating, execution and monitoring of measures for the implementation of the Company’s Sustainable Development Guidelines; development / updating, monitoring and implementation of Stakeholder Engagement Strategy;
development / updating of the Stakeholder Map and identification of mechanisms for cooperation with internal and external stakeholders;
development and implementation of the Corporate Governance Code of the Company and the Action Plan for improving corporate governance at the Company and its SA;
development and publication of the Annual Report of the Company;
introduction of the practice of preparing a report in line with GRI system;
building the target structure of corporate governance of the Company and its SA;
implementation and improvement of the corporate governance system at the Company and its SA;
diagnostics of corporate governance of the Company and its SA;
