A professional competition among electrician teams for the maintenance and repair of power grids has begun at “Alatau Zharyk Company” JSC. Seven teams are participating, including the 35 kV and above transmission lines department, Konaev Electrical Grid Area (EGA), Raimbek, Balkhash, Uyghur, Yesik, and Zhambyl EGAs.
The competition was officially launched by Abay Asylov, Chairman of the Board of “Alatau Zharyk Company” JSC. He welcomed the participants and wished them success and victory.
Over the course of three days, the participants will go through seven stages. The first stage involves checking the teams' equipment, documentation, tools, devices, and innovations used in their daily work. In the subsequent stages, the teams' professional knowledge will be tested.
The annual electricians' competition aims to improve the qualifications of specialists and enables power engineers to sharpen their skills while exchanging experiences with colleagues from various districts within the region.
