Representatives of "Ekibastuz SDPP-2" JSC held an off-site meeting at Toraygyrov University.
The meeting was joined by professors and students from departments like electrical engineering, thermal engineering, and more. They talked about student internships, future job opportunities, and programs designed to train young professionals in specific career paths.
"Our collaboration with the university is geared towards boosting the standard and quality of training for future professionals to work in power industry", noted Kairosh Akhmetov, Head of Human Resources at Ekibastuz SDPP-2.
The cooperation between the power station and the university provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience and develop skills that are in demand in the labor market.
Following the meeting, plans for bilateral cooperation between Ekibastuz SDPP-2 and the university have been outlined.
