A mechanism for increasing employee engagement was developed as part of “Samruk-Energy” JSC Digital Transformation Program, which is aimed at continuous improvement of the company. Rewards will be provided for initiative, submission of ideas and suggestions in terms of improving the efficiency of processes in the company.
Thanks to the implementation of the “Advancing the process of continuous improvement” activity, employees will get a unified algorithm for submitting proposals to improve the Company and its subsidiaries performance. For ideas with a positive economic effect and quality benefits that will be implemented within the holding's perimeter, a cash payment will be paid to the initiator.
The activity involves such subsidiaries and affiliates as: "ESDPP-1" LLP, "ESDPP-2 Plant" JSC, "APP" JSC, "AZhC" JSC, "Moynak HPP" JSC and "Shardarinsk HPP" JSC.
The project team developed a unified idea management process, which is the basis of the internal regulatory document - “Rules for working with ideas and proposals of “Samruk-Energy” JSC and its subsidiaries employees”. A unified approach formalized the processes of submitting and considering each proposition including a follow-up implementation. Moreover, it includes a methodology for calculating the remuneration of the authors of ideas adopted for implementation.
It is noted that from early August, employees of subsidiaries and affiliates will be able to take part in training on this process. This will increase the awareness of employees, the opportunity to implement their idea in full compliance with the rules for filing and get additional income.
