overseeing investment analysis of projects of the Company and its SAs;
overseeing the completion of the investment dashboard in the management reporting system of Samruk-Kazyna JSC;
ensuring compliance with the Company’s and its SAs’ Investment Process Methodology;
overseeing implementation of the Company’s and its SAs’ investment programs;
overseeing the investment performance of the Company and its SAs, including the investment programs of the SAs;
coordinating and overseeing investment project management, including the structuring of projects of the Company and its SAs, initiation and implementation of investment projects, and corporate approval procedures for the pre-investment and investment stages of project implementation (Investment and Innovation Council, Management Board, Investment and Strategy Committee, Strategic Planning Committee of the Board of Directors, and Board of Directors of the Company);
overseeing the preparation of feasibility studies for projects with the involvement of specialized project organizations;
overseeing the efficient, timely and cost-effective implementation of projects;
coordinating and overseeing the structuring and arrangement of project financing jointly with the Managing Director for Economics and Finance;
participating in negotiations with investors to attract investment;
overseeing compliance with applicable legislation, international financial institutions’ rules and requirements, and the terms of project agreements for projects financed with the participation of international financial institutions;
overseeing compliance of projects with the investment policy under the Company’s Strategy;
overseeing the development and management of international and strategic cooperation;
liaising with external consultants in connection with services and work related to the assessment and implementation of investment projects;
approving projects for inclusion in the Company’s investment project portfolio and overseeing the implementation of project-related decisions;
ensuring consolidated analysis and management reporting on the investment portfolio.
