The new composition of “Samruk-Energy” JSC Board of Directors

The new composition of “Samruk-Energy” JSC Board of Directors was determined in the amount of 7 people by the decision of “Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC dated May 27, 2022:

1. Kazutin Nikolay Yurievich - Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC;
2. Repin Alexey Yurievich – Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, representative of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC interests;
3. Zharkeshov Yernar Serikbayevich - Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, representative of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC interests;
4. Yesimkhanov Sungat Kuatovich - Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, Chairman of the Management Board of “Samruk-Energy” JSC;
5. Kashkinbekov Arman Kairberlievich - Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, Independent Director;
6. Ogay Valery Dmitrievich - Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, Independent Director;
7. Sadykov Rustem Galimovich - Member of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, Independent Director.

“Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC resolution on the composition of “Samruk-Energy” JSC Board of Directors will come into force on June 24, 2022.
