In order to further maintain a positive image, Samruk-Kazyna JSC is pleased to announce the launch of a Hotline for timely detection and prevention of violations of legislation and/or the Code of Conduct, including cases of fraud, corruption, discrimination, unethical behavior and other violations related to the Company’s activities.

In this regard, JSC «Samruk-Energy» carries out its activities in line with international best compliance practices, placing special emphasis on anti-corruption efforts and adherence to the principles of fair business conduct.
The Compliance Service of JSC «Samruk-Energy» is an independent structural unit that is organizationally subordinate and functionally accountable to the Board of Directors of the Company. Its main objective is the implementation of the Compliance Program, the development of anti-corruption policies, and the oversight of measures aimed at preventing corruption risks.
The tasks of the Service include assessing and monitoring corruption risks, developing recommendations for their mitigation, ensuring compliance with the principles of business ethics, and fostering a culture of zero tolerance towards corruption among employees of JSC «Samruk-Energy» and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
