Today, 06.10.2022, Serik Tutebayev was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of “Samruk-Energy” JSC by the resolution of the Management Board of SWF “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC.
The new head of the company was introduced to the team today by Almassadam Satkaliyev, “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC Chairman of the Board.
Tutebaev Serik Suinbekovich was born in 1958 in Alma-Ata city.
He graduated from Almaty Energy Institute with a major in Thermal Power Plants and Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications with a major in Economics and Management at Fuel and Energy Sector Enterprises.
He began his career in 1981 as an assistant to the head expert of the commissioning department of SredneAzEnergoMontazh.
Then he worked as an Engineer of the Department of Occupational safety and Environmental Protection of the Almaty Energy University.
At the Almaty CHP-2, he worked his way up from a turbine equipment supervisor to the Chief Engineer and the Managing Director of the plant.
Over the years, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Almaty Power Plants" JSC, Head of the Department of Energy and Public Utilities of Almaty city, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Production of "SEVKAZENERGO" JSC.
Since 2014 – He has worked as a Head of "Generation" Department at "Samruk-Energy" JSC and later he became the Managing Director for Production and Asset Management of "Samruk-Energy" JSC.
He has worked as the Chairman of the Management Board of “Samruk-Energy” JSC since June 2022.
He is an honored power engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
