During the state visit of the President of the Republic of Korea to Kazakhstan, “Samruk-Energy” JSC signed a memorandum of understanding with Doosan Enerbility and KEPCO Plant Service and Engineering at the Kazakh-Korean business forum.
The memorandum outlines the parties' intentions to collaborate on projects aimed at cleaning flue gases at Ekibastuz SDPP-1, Ekibastuz SDPP-2, and Almaty Power Plants.
Doosan Enerbility, a South Korean company, specializes in the construction of nuclear power plants, and the production of thermal power plants, turbines, generators, and desalination plants.
KEPCO Plant Service and Engineering, a subsidiary of KEPCO, offers comprehensive solutions for energy enterprises, including diagnostics and performance improvement, as well as the operation and maintenance of power plants.
