Over the course of five months, the participants developed communication skills, leadership potential, management competencies, and an understanding of budgeting principles. Upon completion of the program, they successfully defended their project works.
According to the commission’s decision, the project "SMART Helmet" by Perizat Nabi of "Alatau Zharyk Company" JSC was recognized as the best among the projects submitted by Samruk-Energy group employees. The smart helmet reads data from biometric sensors (such as heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature) and is designed to ensure workers follow safety protocols. The system will help improve discipline, regulate work-rest schedules, and prevent workplace injuries.
