The Autumn HR Connect event was organized by the Human Resources Department of “Samruk-Energy” JSC. HR specialists from companies within Samruk-Kazyna group participated in the event.
Samruk-Energy's HR Department staff shared their expertise with colleagues on topics such as workplace ergonomics, employer branding, and the continuous improvement initiatives being implemented within the company. They also discussed the activities of Samruk-Energy's Women's Club, the pensioners' support program, and the dual education program in subsidiary organizations.
The participants actively engaged in discussions on current issues, exchanged best practices, and shared their experiences. HR Connect became a significant platform for networking and the introduction of innovations in human resources management.
