“APP” JSC is actively implementing its strategy for continuous education. Since the beginning of the year, the company’s personnel training department has provided training for over 2000 employees, including both operational staff and engineering personnel.
The energy sector is one of those industries where ongoing education, qualification validation, and professional development are not just necessities but essential for ensuring workplace safety. Therefore, “APP” JSC has established a multi-tiered training system that caters to all levels of staff, from operational workers to top management.
Training is provided not only within the personnel training department but also through specialized educational institutions. Among the company’s partners are the Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after G. Daukeyev, Satbayev University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and the Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies. So far this year, various training formats have reached over 4000 individuals.
