The screening process is highly efficient, requiring approximately one minute per employee.
To enhance compliance with safety protocols, group companies have introduced smart helmets equipped with cameras, along with wearable video badges. These digital tools improve on-site monitoring and support a culture of accountability and situational awareness.
A systematic replacement of outdated fall protection equipment with modern five-point safety harnesses is also underway across the group.
