Samruk-Energy JSC held a forum-training event for women from the head office and subsidiaries, organized by the company’s Women’s Club, established in 2024 to support women’s professional and personal development.
The event was opened by Kairat Maxutov, Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC. In his welcoming speech, he congratulated the participants on the national holiday — Republic Day — wishing prosperity to the country, well-being, and success to all citizens of Kazakhstan.
Addressing the women of the group, Kairat Maxutov emphasized the importance of women’s leadership in the energy sector, highlighting that supporting women’s professional and personal development is one of the company’s key priorities.
The special guests of the forum included Lazzat Ramazanova, Advisor to the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chair of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of Turkic States under the Organization of Turkic States; Lazzat Akhmurzina, Executive Director of KAZENERGY Association; and journalist, TV host, and media manager Maiya Bekbayeva. They shared their success stories, spoke about challenges on the path to leadership, and inspired participants toward new achievements.
The core part of the program featured intensive training sessions led by the well-known Kazakhstani psychologist and coach, Vakhtang Dzhaparidze.
The forum became not only an educational but also an inspiring event, uniting women across the company who are striving for self-fulfillment, professional growth, and the creation of positive change.
