Samruk-Energy JSC reports higher operating results for the first nine months of 2025.

The total electricity generation by Samruk-Energy JSC’s subsidiaries for the nine months of 2025 amounted to 29.4 billion kWh, exceeding the planned target by 1.3% and surpassing the actual figure for the same period of 2024.
Samruk-Energy JSC maintains its leading position in Kazakhstan’s electricity market, with a market share of 32.7%.
From January to September 2025, heat energy output reached 3.7 million Gcal, up 5% compared to the previous year.
Coal production and sales also showed growth. Bogatyr Komir LLP produced 32,165 thousand tons of coal, 3.1% higher than in the nine months of 2024. Coal sales volume reached 31,885 thousand tons, increasing by 1.5% compared to the same period last year.
Electricity transmission by AZhC JSC amounted to 7.3 billion kWh, which represents 75% of the annual plan and an 8% increase compared to the nine months of 2024.
Electricity sales by AZhC’s branch “Energosbyt” totaled 7.25 billion kWh, marking a 15% increase year-on-year.
