A conference dedicated to the Year of skilled trades and the development of human capital brought together companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC group, business representatives, the expert community, and young professionals to discuss the advancement of technical and vocational professions and the training of a qualified workforce.
The event opened with a plenary session addressing the topics “Reforming Labor Relations through the use of artificial intelligence” and “Production-oriented workforce training.”
The conference program also included pitch sessions, master classes, and panel discussions such as “Youth and careers,” “Social initiatives of the Fund group,” “Uzdik maman – Practical skills,” “Occupational safety”, “Human capital development” and others.
The conference concluded with a formal award ceremony. Berik Sapin, a track maintenance technician at Bogatyr Komir LLP, was awarded the honorary title “Honorary employee of Samruk-Kazyna joint-stock company.”
Ergen Shalin, Head of the Office of the Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC, Zarina Kazakbaeva, Director of Human Resources Management Department, and Aigerim Toleuliyeva, Chief Manager of Human Resources Management Department, received Letters of Appreciation from Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
