Samruk-Energy JSC held a training session for Company employees focused on the Code of Conduct, conflict of interest management, and the operation of the Hotline.
The training was conducted by the Compliance Department as part of the Company’s systematic efforts to develop an anti-corruption culture and strengthen ethical standards.
During the session, participants reviewed the key provisions of Samruk-Energy JSC’s Code of Conduct, employee behavior requirements, procedures for identifying and managing conflicts of interest, as well as the mechanisms of the Hotline, including guarantees of confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers.
The training aims to raise employee awareness and foster a sustainable culture of integrity within Samruk-Energy JSC.
