Samruk-Energy JSC held a meeting with the heads of production units of its subsidiaries and affiliates. The meeting was chaired by Galymbek Autalipov, Managing Director for Production.
The key agenda item was a review of the current situation at production facilities and strict oversight of compliance with safety standards following audits. It was emphasized that a purely formal approach to occupational safety and disregard for safety standards are strictly unacceptable.
Samruk-Energy JSC is moving to enhanced monitoring of production safety. The company continues to conduct systematic audits of its units, while the actual state of occupational safety at operating sites is becoming a key indicator of the performance of managers at all levels of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
