Job responsibilities:

overseeing and monitoring the production and technical operations of the Company's SAs;

coordinating and overseeing the activities of the Company's SAs in preparing energy facilities for the autumn-winter operating period, organizing flood prevention measures, planning and organizing fuel supplies to ensure the operation of energy facilities, and meeting the daily dispatch schedule for electricity and coal demand;

developing/updating, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the implementation of the Technical Policy and the Modernization and Technical Re-equipment Program for existing production facilities and capital projects;

ensuring the implementation of industrial automation systems, including AMSCEA (Automated Metering System for Commercial Electricity Accounting) and APCS (Automated Process Control System) projects across the Company's SAs;

providing corporate governance oversight of the Company's SAs;

implementing lean manufacturing principles;

optimizing the operations of the Company's SAs;

developing, updating, and implementing the Company's and its SAs' Innovation and Technology Strategy;

organizing the activities of the Company's Investment and Innovation Council;

overseeing innovation activities across the Company and its SAs;

organizing R&D activities within the Company's SAs;

liaising with research institutes on innovation and technology development matters;

developing and implementing programs for energy and resource conservation and improved energy efficiency;

ensuring that the Company and its SAs comply with legislation on energy conservation and energy efficiency, including energy audits, implementation of energy management systems, execution of action plans and energy conservation and energy efficiency programs, and other related requirements;

organizing the monitoring and oversight of the Company's SAs' environmental protection activities;

developing corrective measures related to the production activities of the Company and its SAs and monitoring their implementation;

implementing and monitoring construction works for social infrastructure facilities and liaising with the competent authorities on matters relating to the Company's social infrastructure facilities;

implementing Government strategic plans and programs related to the Company's activities within the assigned areas of responsibility.
