Madina Aisarieva, Director of Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Department at “Samruk-Energy” JSC, and Lyazzat Akhmurzina, Executive Director of Kazenergy Association, held a meeting with representatives of the Women's Club at “APP” JSC. The ninth meeting of the club reviewed the results of the First Women's Forum of Samruk-Energy group, which took place in early September in Astana.

Madina Aisarieva spoke about the strategic objectives of the women’s agenda and plans to empower women in the energy sector.
"Currently, women make up 26% of the workforce within Samruk-Energy group. We are striving to create an inclusive work environment where every woman can realize her potential" said Madina Aisarieva, founder of Samruk-Energy Women's Club.
Lyazzat Akhmurzina, Executive Director of KAZENERGY, informed participants about the activities of the association's Women’s Energy Club, including the training sessions and seminars it conducts. She highlighted the EMBA Program "Women's Leadership in Energy Sector", implemented at the Safi Utebayev Atyrau Oil and Gas University. This program aims to prepare future leaders, providing quality education and supporting women in the energy sector.
The head of the personnel training department at “APP” JSC spoke about the activities of the company's Women's Club. The club has brought together about 300 participants. During this time, the proportion of women in the talent pool has reached 25%, with 25 promotions recorded. Women have become more active in discussing the company’s pressing issues, enhancing their skills, developing creative abilities, and participating in public activities.
The meeting of the Women’s Club representatives concluded with a tour of CHP-1, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2025.
