The ceremonial opening of the branch of Satbayev University’s "Energy" department took place at “Almaty Power Plants” JSC. This event marks an important step in integrating education and production, creating unique opportunities for students in the energy sector.
Satbayev University and APP re implementing dual education principles that combine theoretical learning in educational institutions with practical training at the enterprise. Students following this model will be able to apply their knowledge in a real production environment, helping young specialists quickly adapt to their professions and acquire the necessary skills for future work at the power plants.
"We have conducted extensive preliminary work to open the department's branch and prepared our staff to work with students. Our specialists possess significant practical experience and will pass it on to the students. We intend to make every effort to train qualified personnel for the energy sector",- said Erik Mashirov, Chairman of the Management Board of “APP” JSC.
