Access to clean water is a key part of ensuring every employee’s well-being. Modern drinking fountains have now been installed across all of the company’s production facilities. Each unit is equipped with filters capable of purifying up to 5,000 tons of water. A new water supply system has also been implemented to provide workers with clean, safe drinking water.
"Before, getting drinking water meant a long walk. Now the fountains are just steps away. I drink around five liters a day—it's physical work, and staying hydrated is essential"- said Nurlan Suleiman, a mechanical fitter at the A. Zhakutov CHP-2 turbine shop.
This project is a strong example of how practical technical solutions can directly enhance the comfort and health of employees. For those working in the shops, these new drinking fountains have become a real lifeline during hot days and demanding shifts.
