Aidos Masiraliev, an operator at the central thermal control panel for steam turbines at CHP- 1 named after B. Orazbaev, climbed the 28 Panfilovtsy Peak to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory, honoring the heroes’ legacy.
“I wanted to pay tribute not with words, but through action”, - Aidos says. Despite cold, fatigue, and lack of oxygen, he reached the summit, drawing inspiration from the resilience of the Panfilovtsy and his family that also cherishes the memory of wartime veterans.
Aidos is the winner of the “Outstanding Production Specialist – 2024” award. He has completed several climbs, each time carrying APP flag.
This is more than sport. It symbolizes the continuity of generations, demonstrating that memory endures—through actions, deeds, and the hearts of today’s new heroes.
