Harbin Electric reaffirmed its commitment to delivering advanced technical solutions that will also enable the modernization of existing power plants, taking into account the need to reduce environmental impact.
The parties agreed to continue collaboration in the identified areas and scheduled the next round of discussions to take place in Astana.
