Samruk-Energy JSC and the NJSC Social Health Insurance Fund have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing and strengthening social and labor relations.
The document provides for the exchange of experience, discussion of current issues in social and labour relations, and the organization of joint meetings and events.
The parties intend to work together to improve approaches to the prevention of conflict situations and to strengthen the moral and ethical climate within workforces.
A similar memorandum was previously signed with Samruk-Kazyna JSC, and partnership agreements with other portfolio companies of the Fund are also planned.
