The second meeting of the Steering Committee of the China–Central Asia Energy and Electricity Innovation Alliance was held in Beijing, hosted by the North China Electric Power University (NCEPU).
The meeting aims to advance the practical implementation of joint research initiatives, develop human capital, and strengthen cooperation between universities and industry.
The session was attended by Rustam Kadyrov, Director of Energy Efficiency, Innovative Development and Environmental Safety Department at Samruk-Energy JSC, who presented on key areas of cooperation, including power generation modernization, digitalization, and renewable energy development.
“Our shared objective is to ensure the sustainable, reliable, and environmentally responsible development of the region’s energy sector. This can only be achieved through the integration of technologies, investment, and expertise”, - said Rustam Kadyrov.
Following the meeting, Samruk-Energy JSC formally joined the China–Central Asia Energy and Electricity Innovation Alliance by signing the accession agreement, opening new opportunities for joint scientific and technological projects.
The China–Central Asia Energy and Electricity Innovation Alliance is an international platform that brings together universities, research institutions, and energy companies from China and Central Asian countries to promote innovation and sustainable energy development.
