Madina Aisarieva, Director of the Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Department of Samruk-Energy, delivered a presentation at the Executive Committee meeting of the KAZENERGY Women’s Energy Club titled “Energy of Transformation: Future Competencies, ESG, and Women’s Leadership.” The event was held in Kyzylorda at the site of Kazgermunay JV.
The meeting aimed to strengthen professional capacity and expand women’s participation in the energy sector.
Participants discussed the exchange of practical experience, development of human capital, and the formulation of joint initiatives.
Representatives of subsidiary companies of Samruk-Energy also took part in the event, including APP, Ekibastuz SDPP-1, and Ekibastuz SDPP-2. They shared their experience in promoting equal opportunities and presented the activities of women’s clubs within energy enterprises.
