Samruk-Energy held a meeting to review the 2025 procurement results of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
The meeting covered key procurement performance indicators across the group, including execution of the annual procurement plan, engagement with domestic producers, the share of local content, and the efficiency of procurement processes for goods, works, and services. Particular emphasis was placed on supporting Kazakh manufacturers and improving procurement efficiency.
Following the meeting, subsidiaries and affiliates were instructed to ensure strict compliance with the procurement rules of Samruk-Kazyna, maintain priority for domestic producers in procurement procedures, and further increase the share of local content.
The meeting also highlighted the need to strengthen import substitution measures, expand the use of offtake contracts, and ensure delivery of corporate procurement KPIs.
