Samruk-Energy Ombudsmen complete training on the use of artificial intelligence

The Ombudsman of Samruk-Energy, Nariman Akylov, along with ombudsmen from several of its subsidiaries, have completed training courses on the use of artificial intelligence in conflict resolution, as well as in the analysis and resolution of ethical and labor-related issues.

The training was held in Almaty  city at the Institute of High Technologies, bringing together ombudsmen from portfolio companies of Samruk-Kazyna.

Participants studied the fundamentals of prompt engineering, the principles of how large language models operate, and practical approaches to resolving conflict situations using AI tools. The program also covered leading AI platforms, with a focus on safe usage and the development of virtual assistants.

The introduction of AI tools into the work of ombudsman institutions opens new opportunities to enhance the efficiency and quality of handling stakeholder inquiries and complaints.
