Samruk-Energy team successfully completed its participation in the 11th Samruk-Kazyna Spartakiad (corporate sports games), securing third place in the overall team standings. Held to mark the 20th anniversary of the Fund, the Spartakiad brought together 14 teams from across Samruk-Kazyna Group.
Around 100 employees from Samruk-Energy’s Head office and subsidiaries participated in the competition. Over the course of three days, our athletes competed in individual and team events, demonstrating skill, endurance, determination and a strong team spirit.
Following the 11th Spartakiad, Samruk-Energy’s medal tally included 11 medals:
- 5 gold medals
- 2 silver medals
- 4 bronze medals
Our athletes also received special awards in several categories. Tatiana Pyurova, a member of the women’s volleyball team, was named “Best player”; basketball player Nurzhan Zhanbyrbai was named “Best center”; and futsal player Shynghys Koralasbaev was named “Top scorer”.
The bronze medal in the overall team standings is a result of the collective effort and team spirit of Samruk-Energy!
