Samruk-Energy JSC delivered training on risk management and internal control to strengthen employees’ practical risk management skills. The training brought together employees from the Head office and subsidiaries.
The program covered the international ISO 31000 and COSO standards, the corporate policy on risk management and internal control, and the preparation of risk registers, risk maps and other relevant documentation.
The practical component focused on preparing the Risk Register, recording actual and potential risks, compiling weekly risk management updates, and preparing quarterly risk management reports.
