During the visit, Nariman Akylov toured the two hydropower plants and visited their main control rooms, where operators monitor equipment and oversee plant operations.
At Ust-Kamenogorsk HPP, he was briefed on progress in upgrading hydro unit No. 4, one of the plant’s key projects. At Shulbinsk HPP, he learned about the major overhaul of hydro unit No. 1.
He also spoke with plant employees about working conditions, social issues and relationships within their teams.
